The Story behind the airline
Paul Marcus founded Empora Air in late 2007 with the promise to operate the most diverse virtual airline in the industry. Empora Air is based on the idea of supreme luxury at a rather accessible level. In today's world not everyone is able to rent, lease or buy their own aircraft so finally there is an airline that can bring all the comforts, security and style of private travel into a scheduled airline format. The airline staff is made up of a team that comes from unique backgrounds and experience. Together they bring fresh ideas to the VA, and the industry. In one year of service Empora has already made an impact and earned respect from pilots and VA's alike. In July 2008 Paul Marcus sold 60% of the VA to Sheikh Air, based in Dubai, UAE. The move added finically security to both VA's as well as a partnership of the two most luxurious and professional VA's. Today Empora still is on the cutting edge with both technology and philosophy.
